摘要: Background Stroke remains one of the most common causes adult disability in world. In recent years, diverse telerehabilitation programs have been conceived and studied to improve abilities activities daily living increased independence stroke patients at home. The systematic review was conducted determine whether leads an improvement for patients. Methods Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) evaluating effects survivors home were identified by searching 7 electronic databases from inception March 2015, hand conference literatures between 2000 2015. Assessments risk bias data extraction independently 2 reviews. Results search strategy 2587 records, which 11 studies thought be eligible. Pooled results showed no significant differences (Barthel Index scale: standardized mean difference [SMD] −.05, 95% confidence interval [CI] −.24 .13; Berg Balance Scale: SMD CI −.7 .37) motor function (Fugl-Meyer Extremity: .05, −.09 1.09) groups. Conclusions This provides limited, moderate evidence that all approaches has equal with conventional rehabilitation improving survivors. Further research RCTs this area (rehabilitation field telemedicine) is ungently required extend base.
