摘要: The purpose of the present study was to examine genetic variation in Salamandra infraimmaculata from different breeding site habitats using Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism (AFLP) method. results dendogram a hierarchical cluster analysis show that grouping S. as 5 differs all other clusters, including St1 (Tel-Dan stream) population, which most predictable. Five Haplogroups (Hg) were characterized. mean number alleles per locus each population (Ne) ranged 10.566 (Sp1) 2.720 (Po6). An average estimated heterozygosity (He) by 0.100 (Po6) 0.186 (St1). Population St1, permanent where water available year round, exhibited highest level polymorphism, while Po6, ephemeral site, lowest polymorphism. Gene flow between clusters showed 3 and 4 are sources migrants also receive gene flow, 1 2 may be source but not much flow. A phylogenetic analysis, based on clustering Nei’s distance, demonstrated Tel-Dan is located separate branch within its sub-population. conclusion shows divergence among isolated populations correlated distance affected habitats.
