摘要: Recently, recycling endosomes have emerged as a key components required for the successful completion of cytokinesis. Furthermore, FIP3 (family Rab11-interacting protein 3), Rab11 GTPase-binding protein, has been implicated in targeting to midbody dividing cells. Previously, we shown that FIP3/Rab11-containing associate with centrosomes until anaphase, at which time they translocate cleavage furrow. At telophase, move from furrow into midbody, and this step is abscission. While several other proteins were regulating furrow, mechanisms dynamics FIP3-containing during mitosis not defined. To identify factors used combination siRNA (small interfering RNA) screens proteomic analysis Cyk-4/MgcRacGAP (GTPase-activating protein) kinesin I FIP3-binding proteins. mediates transport Once binds Cyk-4 part centralspindlin complex accumulates midbody. Finally, demonstrated ECT2 regulates association complex. Thus propose I, concert complex, plays role temporal spatial regulation endosome
