摘要: Abstract Dogs with canine rheumatoid arthritis had significantly elevated levels of antibodies to distemper virus. This increase was particularly seen in the synovial fluids, compared paired sera, and not found dogs infective arthropathies, osteoarthritis or secondary rupture cranial cruciate ligament. Analysis immune complexes precipitated from fluids showed immunoglobulins all types arthropathy. Western blotting analyses reactivity antidistemper antisera arthritis, but other joint diseases. These results suggest that there are increased responses these may be due presence this paramyxovirus affected joints. The implications for role a possible infectious agent dog considerable.
