摘要: The purpose of this study is to further understand the relationship between purchasing strategies practiced by less-powerful buyers and their power. Drawn on resource dependency theory, a two-way was predicted where power both cause an effect. theoretical predictions were then explored in multiple-case context vaccine procurement for developing countries. This presents asymmetric situation, favoring suppliers, changes some basic assumptions theories used; i.e. nonprofit, public procurement, end customer satisfaction. Cases selected represent different towards similar constraints. results indicated that set response individual constraints from sources power, not positions as cumulative effect all In practice, these changed level contributed buyer position. Based findings, it recommended buyers, like vaccines, practice with orientation attempt change environment, such encouraging new supply market entries.
