摘要: Abstract In intensive breeding farms, maintaining an adequate indoor thermal environment and air quality is crucial in order to establish healthy conditions increase productivity. the EU, fossil fuels electricity are main energy sources adopted for this purpose, yet introducing renewable efficient Heating Ventilating Air Conditioning systems would reduce consumption improve sustainability. Another environmental concern agricultural production related use of fertilizers, causing nitrate contamination surface water groundwater. Therefore, innovative strategies fertilizers simultaneously primary worthy investigation. This paper addresses both issues, studying application geothermal heat pumps agro-zootechnical sector, where they rarely applied thus their potential needs be verified. The study considers based on closed loop configuration, i.e. Ground Source Heat Pumps (GSHP), open Groundwater (GWHP). Firstly, a pilot GSHP system piglet stable Northern Italy presented. Thanks ground source recovery ventilation, achieves appreciable reduction running costs, compared with more traditional typically kind farm. Secondly, feasibility concept GWHP combined irrigation studied through numerical modelling. area represented flow transport model; groundwater used by pump re-injected up-gradient during cold season, while it warm season. provide energy-efficient climatization farm stables and, at same time, promote reuse nitrogen cultivated fields as result recirculation irrigation.
