摘要: In the process of constructing a detailed genetic map rice using two cultivars, Nipponbare and Kasalath, 79 DNA probes (approximately 6.1 o/o total markers) showed or more RFLP bands in Southern hybridization were mapped at duplicate triplicate loci over 12 chromosomes. Thirty-three distal regions chromosomes 11 12. Thirteen among 33 detected loci. Linkage alignment these 13 markers on both agreed perfectly within distance ca. CM from ends chrounosomes However, other 20 only either chromosome 12, because monomorphic between Kasalath. These results indicate that an are highly conserved as duplicated chromosomal segment. Such segments not found anywhere else our map.
