摘要: The fast DC line protection technology is one of the main challenges to high-voltage direct current (HVDC) grids. Based on Zhangbei HVDC grid project, this paper proposes a non-unit overhead transmission scheme for bipolar voltage-source converter-based grids equipped with circuit breakers. voltage gradient used detect faults rapidly and start algorithm, derivative criterion adopted discriminate internal from external ones. Two kinds faulty pole identification methods are proposed based propagation characteristics between line- zero-mode voltages, ensuring selectivity protection. model built in power systems computer-aided design/electromagnetic transients including performance verified by simulation results various fault conditions.
