摘要: The quantitative determination of some isoquinoline alkaloid natural products is described using combined capillary electrophoresis-ion trap mass spectrometry (CE/MS). benchtop ion a previously modified commercial Varian Saturn II system equipped with an in-house constructed atmospheric pressure ionzation (API) source which was operated in the spray CE/MS mode. All relevant operational parameters have been optimized for experiments this work. A coaxial sheath flow solvent buffer used to facilitate operation. Analysis synthetic mixtures containing nine related alkaloids provided full-scan spectra these compounds injected quantities as low 370 attomole
