摘要: In recent decades, hybrid imaging techniques that exploit the advantages of multiple technologies have aroused extensive attention due to deficiencies single modes. Along with development photon emission computed tomography-magnetic resonance (SPECT-MRI), it is currently necessary develop a series dual probes can combine outstanding sensitivity SPECT high spatial resolution MRI. Herein, commonly used technetium-99 (99mTc) was labelled on surface manganese oxide-based mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MnOx-MSNs) for use in SPECT-MRI dual-modal imaging. The radiolabelling yield as 99.1 ± 0.6%, and r1 value nanoprobes able reach 6.60 mM−1 s−1 pH-responsive properties MnOx-MSNs. high-performance confirmed vivo tumour-bearing mice, which could also provide semi-quantitative information tumour detection. Importantly, these deliver anti-cancer drugs cancer therapy their unique structures. Thus, nanotheranostics combining therapeutic were achieved.
