摘要: ABSTRACT Assessment of student performance and the evaluation courses teaching are critical elements in teaching‐learning environment central to each higher education institution's mission preparing students for future. There increasing internal external pressures institutions review improve their practice this area. While a vast knowledge‐base exists inform good assessment performance, change seems be slow. A framework improving practice, based on simple quality management model, is provided as some examples which illustrate application model/framework. Some suggestions also made about support mechanisms resources required effecting significant improvement practice.
