摘要: Abstract In this paper, electrochemical method was used to investigate the interactions between DNA and amphiphilic ferrocenylimine. The developed using system of electrode modified with ferrocenylimine LB films. Electrochemical results obtained from films suggested that forrocenium derivative could interact strongly dsDNA. It observed binding led a significant peak current decrease electrode. four basic groups were also investigated, revealed cytosine, thymine adenine complex, but guanine showed no interaction complex. order intensity for complex (from strong feeble) is cytosine > thymine > adenine > guanine.
