摘要: Losartan potassium (LOS) is one of the most antihypertensives used in world, and its presence environmental matrices can cause impacts to biota. In this study, ecotoxicity genotoxicity LOS was assessed before after treatment by UVC/photolysis UV/H2O2. The photodegradations were carried out at solutions (2.5 mg L−1; 4.6 μM) for 30, 60, 90, 120, 240, 480 min treatment. For chromatographic analysis, samples submitted solid-phase extraction (SPE) analyzed HPLC-DAD. Ecotoxicity bioassays conducted using Daphnia magna (acute) Desmodesmus subspicatus (chronic) all degradation times. To evaluate genotoxicity, comet assay performed with a D. whole organism cell suspension applying alkaline gel electrophoresis technique. both process, rate over 99% 30 min, which reduced acute toxicity magna. addition, only sample treated 240 UV/H2O2 showed significant chronic toxicity. However, effect observed Therefore, even reaching high rates, processes, demonstrated importance ecotoxicological analyses AOPs
