摘要: Previously, we described a profound impact of structural conformation collagen matrix on osteogenic and adipogenic differentiation bone marrow stromal cells. Thus, marginal p38-independent adipogenesis native I contrasts with an efficient p38-dependent denatured I. An Hsp90-dependent osteogenesis occurs but not its counterpart where it is insignificant proceeds in Hsp90-independent manner. Whereas only no detectable cells occur IV, the same supports highly state. The present study addresses opposite direction flow cell-matrix interaction, namely cells' influence state matrix, tests possibility that differentiating may adjust expression phenotype MMP TIMP such way that, if translated into modification, would facilitate maintenance or modification optimal for ongoing process. results obtained indicate this indeed case. In stimulated to undergo increases decreases. induced true: MMP/TIMP adjusted manner could promote type differentiation. also observed adjustment might be early event stimulation alone sufficient trigger even matrices favorable given findings raise significant questions directions further experimentation.
