摘要: Recent studies have discovered several microRNAs (miRNAs/miRs) as biomarkers for the prediction of ovarian cancer by detecting miRNA profiles in serum samples from healthy volunteers and patients with cancer. However, whether how these miRNAs are involved tumorigenesis is not known. In present study, expression miR-665, a recently biomarker cancer, was upregulated tumor tissues compared normal tissues. Inhibition miR-665 inhibited cell proliferation ability inactivated MAPK/ERK signaling cells. Using bioinformatics analysis, Src kinase inhibitor 1 (SRCIN1) predicted potential target gene miR-665. Reverse transcription-quantitative PCR western blotting showed that SRCIN1 repressed addition, dual luciferase activity assay Silencing could reverse growth arrest, which induced inhibitor. Moreover, levels were negatively correlated mRNA conclusion, data suggested functioned an oncogene directly repressing SRCIN1.
