摘要: A plant growth-promoting endophytic bacterium PVL1 isolated from the leaf of Vanda cristata has ability to colonize with roots plants and protect plant. was using laboratory synthetic media. 16S rRNA gene sequencing method been employed for identification before after root colonization ability. Original remunerated strain colonized were identified as Bacillus spp. per EzBiocloud database. The presence bacteria in section plantlet confirmed through Epifluorescence microscopy roots. in-vitro by well DLMB attained higher growth than control. capable producing beneficial phytohormone under vitro cultivation. HPLC GC-MS analysis suggest that contain Indole Acetic Acid (IAA). methanol extract spp., contains 0.015 μg 1 μl concentration IAA. produce antimicrobial compounds such ethyl iso-allocholate, which exhibits immune restoring property. One-way ANOVA shows results statistically significant at P ≤ 0.05 level. Hence, it concluded can promote secretion IAA during iso-allocholate foreign infections. Thus, this study supports support Koch’s postulates establishment.
