摘要: The isolated brainstem-spinal cord of the lamprey is used as an experimental model in analysis cellular bases vertebrate locomotor behaviour. In this article we review neural mechanisms involved control steering, intersegmental co-ordination, well segmental burst generation and sensory contribution to motor pattern generation. Within these four components system for locomotion, now have good knowledge not only neurones that take part their synaptic interactions, but also membrane properties neurones, including ion channel subtypes,
