摘要: Abstract Single phase Bi0.80La0.15A0.05FeO3−δ (A=Ca, Sr, Ba) dense ceramics were synthesized via solid state reaction method. Structural studies through X-ray diffraction shows that all prepared crystallized in a rhombohedrally (R 3 ¯ C)distorted BiFeO3 structure with compressive lattice distortion induced by the rare earth (La3+) ion and divalent co-doping at Bi-site for Raman study. Scanning electron micrograph of compounds showed uniform distribution grains on sample surface high density. A large ferromagnetic hysteresis loop is observed La/Ba co-doped as compared under similar conditions, saturation magnetization 6.85 emu/g remnant 2.72 emu/ g 300 K. Clear ground was Bi0.80La0.15Ba0.05FeO3 weak ferromagnetism BLCFO BLSFO samples. Dielectric constant dielectric loss found to decrease increase frequency compounds. These improved properties BFO demonstrate possibility enhancing magnetic applicability makes very promising industrial applications such new devices information storage.
