摘要: The Olivargas Reservoir is located in a remote and scarcely monitored area the Odiel River Basin (Southwest Spain) used for domestic, agricultural mining water supplies. In contrast with highly reservoirs, this paper explores application of CE-QUAL-W2 model, that was designed by Cole Wells 2005, to poorly reservoir utility results obtained. model satisfactorily reproduced head measured continuously over three years, temperature (T), total dissolved solids (TDS), oxygen (DO) pH bimonthly depth profile near dam. A significant increase TDS decrease DO profiles were observed four months, especially hypolimnion. changes parameters assuming occurrence an acid spill into reservoir. comparison calculated prompted conclusion consisted approximately 3000 t (mainly sulfates) 26 Fe(II) flowing 15 days at rates two 0.02 kg/s, respectively.
