Analysing the Poverty Impact of the HIPC Initiative in Cameroon

摘要: Abstract:  The paper uses the Poverty Analysis Macroeconomic Simulator (PAMS), a World Bank framework and updates its interface with Cameroon government macroeconomic to analyze potential impact of implementation HIPC initiative on poverty alleviation. According main findings, it is very likely that would succeed in achieving Millennium Development Goal. However, this result be feasible if only Reduction Strategy Paper (PRSP) fully implemented. That not certain because failure already observed during first year PRSP implementation.
