摘要: The utilization of forest auxiliary products and their conversion into with higher added value is important for the use renewable resources. For this purpose, acorns belonging to Q. coccifera species were collected in November, which ripening period, dried ground laboratory. Then, acorn starch (AS) was isolated from sieved flour. 5 g AS, hydroxypropyl (HPAS) highest molar substitution (MS = 0.319) synthesized by optimizing at 45 °C 5 h 30 g propylene oxide 1.88 g NaOH. structures HPASs characterized FT-IR, XRD 1H (13C)-NMR spectroscopy, MS values determined. In addition, surface morphologies SEM images thermal stability DTA-TG thermograms examined. Since has not been before, study contributed literature science. It understood that can also be used many areas where used.
