摘要: Abstract Studies have been performed in order to obtain information related the ammonia removal using natural zeolites, clinoptilolite, mordenite and ferrierite their sodium forms as well synthetic zeolite A its sodium, potassium calcium forms. Experimental results indicate that zeolites show higher selectivity for ammonium ions despite much theoretical exchange capacity of A. Clinoptilolite Greek origin shows best performance regarding ion, ion rate quantities taken. This is very promising possible use clinoptilolite water wastewater treatment.
