摘要: Abstract Patient violence and aggression towards healthcare providers is a significant health public affairs problem receiving international attention. Such found to occur regardless of setting or provider discipline. However, most the evidence high frequency incidents perpetrated against anecdotal solid data on prevalence these not yet available. Studies have shown that accurate incident reporting remains one primary impediments creating organizational policies procedures ensure safety clinical direct care provider. Yet there no clear base currently existing suggest what measures are utility in remedying this underreporting. This article contributes literature by conducting systematic review instruments designed measure report patient workers. It hoped will stimulate agencies employ routine mechanisms order increase reporting, improve consequentially work combatting problem.
