摘要: Fourteen patients with uraemic anaemia and having regular haemodialysis were given human recombinant erythropoietin in increasing doses, beginning 24 U/kg thrice weekly. One patient was dropped from the study because of recurrent thrombosis vascular access sites. In other 13 patients, followed up for a mean 9.1 months (range 8-11), haemoglobin concentrations increased 62 (SD 8) to 105 (9) g/l. No antierythropoietin antibodies detected during study. The correction associated tendency hyperkalaemia mild increase unconjugated bilirubinaemia. eight previously hypertensive antihypertensive treatment had be reinforced, but normotensive blood pressure did not change. Thrombosis arteriovenous fistulas occurred two cerebral ischaemic lesion one. Protracted evidently can maintain normal over time. Full anaemia, however, may trigger some problems, particularly those thromboembolism.
