摘要: In a LPC speech signal decoder, background noise is simulated during periods of silence at the transmitting end based upon frame containing information about sending end. When persists, transmitter periodically updates previously send by an updating frame. update received, interpolation performed so as to make sound natural listener. The process includes step selecting between spectrum parameters which are produced and updated solely most recent
