摘要: A quantification of the expression levels a number specific genes and their corresponding proteins can be utilized in accurately determining, using samples from faeces or blood, whether patient is suffering irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) inflammatory disease (IBD), follow up analysis biopsy, determine if same afflicted with ulcerative colitis (UC) Crohn's (CD). The method also has utility determining severity disease, as well observing patient's response to treatment.
