摘要: Abstract A series of Eu2+ and Tb3+ doped Sr3YNa(PO4)3F phosphors have been synthesized via a high temperature solid state reaction method. activated can be efficiently excited by light in the range 220–420 nm, which matches well with commercial n-UV LEDs, show intense blue emission centered at 456 nm. The optimal doping concentration is determined to 1 mol%. quenching mechanism SYNPF host mainly attributed dipole-dipole interaction. Energy transfer from observed when are co-doped into host. Under excitation 380 nm, color varied green along increase concentration. Based on decay curves, energy ions demonstrated dipole–dipole mechanism. According thermal study yoyo experiments heating-cooling, Sr3YNa(PO4)3F:Eu2+, shows good stability. also discussed. results indicate that as-prepared samples might potential application w-LEDs
