摘要: The present invention provides an electronic message management system (EMS) that includes a real-time feedback loop where data is collected from the messages on incoming connection attempts, outgoing delivery and content analysis, written to centralized matrix. A separate process accesses matrix analyzes trends in data. detected patterns, or behavior based configuration parameters for recipient. Based these determinations, able instruct components EMS accept, redirect, refuse, modify, defer, otherwise dispose of request, attempt, message. Associated methods managing transmission are also disclosed.
