摘要: The physiological responses of thermal stress and its consequences on health have been well documented. However, the effect cognitive function remains equivocal despite a substantial number studies conducted in area. Methodological discrepancies across different made it difficult to conclude whether or not heat exposure per se has an adverse upon under what specific environmental conditions these alterations appear. This article gives overview confounding factors that make conclusive interpretations. In addition, current state knowledge is presented discussed with reference Global Workspace theory. Although previously conclusions are promising, much be completed before understanding mechanisms could explain relationship between function. Finally, recommendations for further research this
