摘要: The aim of the present study was to evaluate effects fluoride on erosive mineral loss in human enamel and dentine using a cyclic de- remineralisation model situ. three-treatment (5 days each) crossover design involving 4 (enamel) or 6 (dentine) healthy volunteers. Samples were recessed palatal mouth appliances worn day night except during meals demineralised extraorally with 0.05 M citric acid (pH 2.3) for x 5 min daily. Fluoridation performed toothpaste (SnF2/Olaflur; 0.14% F-) 3 daily (toothpaste fluoridation) combination mouthrinse 0.025% gel (NaF/Olaflur, 1.25% 1 instead (intensive fluoridation). In control group no fluoridation performed. Mineral (microm) determined use longitudinal microradiography. enamel, 40.7 +/- 15.1 microm group, 18.3 12.4 after 5.0 12.2 intensive fluoridation. respective values 49.0 15.4, 35.0 15.5 19.8 12.0 microm. All differences statistically significant (p < = 0.001). results indicate that is effective preventing from even under severely conditions.
