摘要: Surface acoustic wave (SAW) filters and methods of fabricating SAW are disclosed. A filter includes a piezoelectric wafer having thickness within one plurality noncontiguous ranges that define wafers upon which circuits meeting predetermined requirements can be fabricated according to design using fabrication process, circuit on the substrate process.
