We studied the prevalence of injuries articular cartilage and subchondral bone after acute trauma in skeletally immature knees using high-resolution MRI.MATERIALS AND METHODS. reviewed knee MRIs 126 young children adolescents suspected to have internal derangement, including 82 with open physes a control group 44 who were mature.
