摘要: Evidence for a central adrenergic pathway originating in the brain stem and innervating intracerebral vessels has been presented preceding chapters by Hartman Preskorn their colleagues. They concluded that this system regulates permeability of flow through cerebral microvessels. The anatomic evidence supporting hypothesis consists axonal varicosities surrounded basal lamina endothelial cells cat hypothalamus (1) directly contact with capillaries paraventricular nucleus rat (2). This close relationship between not described other regions generalizations based upon relationships found may be invalid because neurons typical rest brain. then relies heavily on physiologic pharmacologic due to relative lack specific data.
