摘要: The Pre-treatment of water washing, acid washing and alkali treatment on the biomass pyrolysis was experimentally done in a stainless steel reactor. present work is to optimize change quantity quality oil fraction obtained from pyrolysis, upon different types pre-treatment for solutions agricultural (rice husk). Different processes were used this work, these are leaching, with dilute HCl H2SO4, treatments base NaOH KOH. EDX analysis results showed that metal ions rice husk removed by acids bases. influence more remarkable using compared solutions. Pyrolysis at optimal temperature 500oC 5M has been given highest liquid product distribution, because it least percentage all leaching pre-treatments. char percentage, calorific values observed. Ash content untreated treated decreased through pre-treatment. Chemical compositions such as extractives, hemicellulose, cellulose lignin investigated after processes. Thermal stability decomposition rate against examined TGA. Volatiles moisture also found proximate analysis. functional groups have presented oil, optimum conditions analyzed Fourier Transform-Infrared spectroscopy (FTIR).
