摘要: A system and method are described for establishing a common operating frequency phase the lasers in two-dimensional array, each of which has an actual deviates from nominal frequency. waveguide structure is placed path beams emitted various lasers, plurality optical gratings provided alignment with laser to deflect portions into propagation along cross-coupling other array.
