THE SPANISH PENSION SYSTEM: ISSUES OF INTRODUCING NOTIONAL DEFINED CONTRIBUTION ACCOUNTS

摘要: There are two aims to this paper: firstly, provide an objective technical assessment of the current situation contributory pension system in Spain and its prospects for future, secondly, look at issues surrounding introduction a notional defined contribution accounts. To end we explain basic elements upon which is based show main indicators, then set out some fundamental problems. Following most relevant research work, where forecasts can be found that will give us clear idea system's financial sustainability. Finally put forward argument as why accounts could valid alternative reforming system, suggest formula or group formulas would best fit profile contributor-beneficiary risk what transition process
