摘要: Spleen tyrosine kinase (Syk) is involved in the development and function of B T cells, Fc receptor-mediated degranulation basophils mast cells. Recent work has assigned important roles for Syk aberrant cells patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), osteoclasts, urate crystal-induced neutrophil stimulation. Preclinical early clinical studies have urged inhibition treatment rheumatoid arthritis, whereas ex vivo experiments preclinical point to a therapeutic potential SLE arthritides.
