摘要: This study aimed to evaluate the chemical composition and antioxidant fungitoxic activities of Baccharis tridentata essential oil, as well morphology its secretory structures present on leaf surface by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The oil was extracted hydrodistillation; quantitative qualitative analyses were performed a gas chromatograph equipped with flame ionization detector (FID) coupled mass spectrometer, respectively. activity determined methods reduction DPPH stable radical oxidation β-carotene/linoleic acid system. Fungitoxic assessed in vitro bioanalytical test inhibition mycelial growth plant pathogens Fusarium oxysporum, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Rhizoctonia solani. revealed presence 28 compounds, α-thujene (22.93%) major constituent.
