摘要: We report the mixing performance of a GaAs microstrip ring resonator in which Schottky photodetector is monolithically integrated coupling gap. A spectrum down-conversion between an optically modulated RF signal and independently applied LO (Local Oscillator) demonstrated system conversion loss to IF (Intermediate Frequency) measured as function frequency compared with other data.
