摘要: Abstract Short refueling time and high final state of charge are among the main hydrogen car user's requirements. To meet these requirements, without exceeding tank materials safety limits, precooling is needed. Filling experiments with different inlet gas temperatures mass flow rates have been executed using two types on-board tanks (type 3 4). State has a strong dependency on temperature. This more visible for type 4 tanks. Lowest temperature (−40 °C) not always required in order to so energy savings can be achieved if initial conditions correctly identified. The results performed compared SAE J2601 look-up tables non-communication fillings. A big margin observed tables. Refueling could faster less demanding requirements configuration storage system well known.
