Tribological behavior of CrCoNiAlTiY coating synthesized by double-glow plasma surface alloying technique

摘要: Abstract A dense CrCoNiAlTiY coating was deposited onto the γ-TiAl alloy by double-glow plasma surface alloying technique to improve its wear resistance. Microstructure analysis showed that consisted of AlCr 2 , σ-NiCoCr, and γ׳-Ni 3 Al phase, well diffusion bonded substrate. In terms H / E ratios, nearly 3.5 times better than Dry test results indicated specific rate substrate 3.8×10 −4  mm N −1  m which about 4 greater coating. The improvement in resistance may be attributed increased ratios good adhesion strength between
