摘要: A large amount of work has been done on the photophysics, photochemistry and photosensitizing properties porphyrins in aqueous solutions. Even so, much remains to be learned about porphyrin-sensitized photooxidation reactions (photodynamic effects) simple systems. In particular, dependence mechanisms efficiencies porphyrin structure, aggregation state porphyrin, reaction medium chemical structure substrate being photooxidized must studied more detail.1 It is difficult at present usefully extrapolate wealth information available behavior homogeneous solution cellular situation. First, cell membrane poses a differential barrier penetration different from external because its hydrophobic core, perhaps charge. Further, cells are not bags fluid; both interior made up an enormous number microregions with widely chemical-physical properties.
