摘要: This contribution discusses the potentials of welfare-state approaches for fertility research in Europe. Demographers mostly concentrate on family policies and their effects fertility. They usually find no fertility-elevating individual or only small aggregate level. has led them to turn attention instead welfare states national configurations social policies. In this contribution, I argue that single-policy complement each other both are needed a better understanding developments. outline main concepts state usefulness research, underlining two aspects particular: First, relative persistence orientation provides framework assess policy changes across countries over time.
