摘要: ABSTRACT The efficient removal of fine dust from exhaust gas reduces the harm to human health and minimizes material waste. A circumfluent cyclone (CFC) was designed perform with increased gas-solid separation efficiency decreased pressure drop compared conventional separators, its flow pattern velocity distribution were investigated. Commercial computational fluid dynamics software used simulate 3D-gas-flow field using Reynolds stress model (RSM). The simulation results (e.g., for profile, drop, efficiency) in good agreement experimental indicated that about 78% flows directly out CFC through inner cylinder then vortex finder, which significantly shortens cleaned path thereby friction loss. also decreases shortcut rate near finder entrance, reducing particle escape. Finally, discrete (DPM) predict particles different sizes.
