摘要: The evaluation of vasculogenic impotence by color flow Doppler ultrasound after injection intracavernous vasoactive agents allows for simultaneous visualization in real time arterial and venous blood flow. Normal parameters prostaglandin E1 have yet to be standardized. Our study was initiated evaluate a normal control population visual stimulation. A total 20 healthy male volunteers 45 60 years old with histories sexual function selected. All were given injections 10 micrograms received concurrent stimulation means an erotic video. patients developed rigid erections no complications. Using measurements done before right left superficial deep cavernous artery diameters, peak velocities volumes. Results (mean plus or minus standard error) showed significant increase diameters the (20% increase) (70% penile arteries. Blood volume increased 3-fold arteries (from 7.3 +/- 1.4 3.5 cc per minute) 4-fold 3.8 1 12.5 1.8 minute). Peak velocity 2-fold 22 3 46 7 cm. second) 2 37 5 These data suggest values erectile middle-aged men as 70% diameter, systolic greater than 30 second more minute volume. With these standards clinician may assess, design follow treatment strategies impotence.
