摘要: Ribosome profiling provides a snapshot of the mRNA positions all elongating ribosomes in cell. A new powerful enhancement technique, translation complex profile sequencing (TCP–seq), extends this mapping to scanning ribosomal complexes. In addition its usefulness as tool for studying regulation initiation, TCP–seq specific and signatures bona fide translation.
