摘要: The aim of palliative care is to improve the quality life patients and families through prevention relief suffering. A scoping review was completed using PRISMA guidelines. PubMed, Embase, CINAHL, Web Science, Cochrane Library, EconLit, PsycINFO, Centre for Reviews Dissemination, Database Abstracts Effects, National Health Service Economic Evaluation were searched from inception August 2016. Inclusion criteria included: 1) provided “home patient” as defined by study, 2) reported, 3) reported original data. Thematic component analysis categorize interventions. Fifty-three studies formed final data set. varied extensively. Five themes identified: accessibility healthcare, caregiver support, individualized patient centered care, multidisciplinary provision, improvement. Primary resource use, symptom burden, life, satisfaction, distress, place death, cost analysis, or described experiences. majority moderate unclear quality. There robust varying quality, assessing different components interventions, measuring outcomes. To be meaningful patients, these interventions need consistently evaluated with that matter patients.
