摘要: Debris flow disasters are usually accompanied by serious loss of lives and properties. However, debris flows also part Earth’s natural phenomenon, what is the reasonable budget to be spent on mitigation measures becomes an important issue allocation processes. This paper utilizes economic concept propose a estimation hazard damage cost proposed measures. The method composed 4 steps, namely, delineating area disaster with different return periods, itemizing land use within those area, calculating lose using official values computing expected probable maximum probability distribution. comparison between assessment gains any can used as reference for future decision making process.
