摘要: Background Peripherally inserted central catheters (PICCs) are used widely in patients with cancer, but catheter malposition often occurs. Objectives This study aimed to provide a reference for clinically safe catheterization through multifactor analysis of PICCs cancer. Methods The occurrence PICC cancer was retrospectively reviewed, and multivariate logistic regression performed. Findings Of 2,084 PICCs, 170 cases (8%) occurred. revealed that the risk adverse events from higher right upper limb than left limb. highest cephalic vein puncture, followed by brachial puncture. lower part elbow joint joint. During insertion, should be selected basilic as first-choice reduce incidence events.
