Antipsychotics further categorized high, intermediate, low metabolic risks. status exposure treated as time-dependent variables. outcomes measures included any complications, macrovascular microvascular all-cause mortality. Results Compared no in past 6 months, associated lower (adjusted hazard ratio, aHR = 0.81, 95% CI 0.69-0.95), (aHR 0.80, 0.66-0.97), mortality 0.73, 0.62-0.85). ratios antipsychotics 0.69 (95% 0.53-0.91), 0.82 0.68-0.99), 0.85 0.70-1.02), respectively. Conclusions Regular months reduced risks compared treatment.
